Barefoot sandals pattern

I used a crochet hook size 2 . 5 mm.
And some cotton.

Used abreviations

ch: chain
sc: single crochet ( US )
st: stitch
sl st: slip stitch

The flower

Start with the center:
- ch 5 and join with sl st, now it's a smal circle
- ch 1, then 8 sc in the circle, end with a sl st( 9 st )
Cut yarn and switch color
- connect new color yarn to a sc from center, ch 10
- sl st in same sc as you started ch 10 from
- *sl st in next sc, ch 10, sl st in same sc* ( repeat ** 7 times )
There's the flower!

After ending with the last sl st, ch 30,
make sl st in the flower again.
Cut the yarn, remove loose ends.

Make another flower.

When you get tot the last petal, do not
make the sl st after ch 10 !!!
Instead cut the yarn.
Then pull this 10 ch trough the center of petal number 5 of the first flower ( take a look at the picture to see which petal ).
Then connect 10 ch to flower center of second flower.
Remove loose ends.

Now you have two connected flowers.
Time to make the laces.

Ch 150 and start thuis ch from a petal from the second flower
( take a look at the picture to see which petal ).
The other lace, also ch 150, starts from a petal opposite to the previous ( again: check the picture ).
These laces go around the ankles.

It's time tot decorate your other foot. Make another barefoot sandal, and then...

Finished! Enjoy them!
Please leave a comment or question if something is unclear!

Rammelaar

Weekendmoment

Weekend-haken. Buiten regen, binnen warm en knus.
Geniet van het weekend !
